Note:

 The bulbs in the blackout tail/stop lamp and front

marker lamps are light emitting diodes (LED) instead of
incandescent bulbs. They are not replaceable and are
serviced as an assembly. For bulb replacement refer to
the 2004 LSSV Military Trucks Service Manual
Supplement.

Bulb Replacement

Marker Lamps (Blackout)

Taillamps (Maintenance Body)

1. Using you hands, peel

the rubber seal away
from the lens.

2. Lift the lens off the lamp

assembly.

3. Pull the old bulb straight

out from the socket.

4. Put a new bulb into the

socket and press it in
until it is tight.

5. Reinstall the lens and

the lens seal.

Marker Lamps (Maintenance Body)

1. Using you hands, peel

the lens out of the
rubber seal.

2. Pull the wire

connectors out from the
back of the lens.

3. Push the wire

connectors into the new
lens.

4. Install the lens into the rubber seal.

Note:

 The bulbs in the marker lamps are not replaceable

and are serviced as an assembly.
