Turn Off Alarm Manually
Common Concerns
Please refer to User Guide SECTION 7.2 for more de-
tails.
If there is a communication problem and the Patch
sound alarm keeps going off, you should turn off the
Patch sound alarm manually.
1.
Remove the Patch from your body.
2.
Remove the adhesive tape on the back of the Patch.
3.
Take a paperclip and poke the manual sound alarm
clearing port until the sound stops.
Please refer to User Guide SECTION 8.7 for more de-
tails.
Blood glucose results are HIGHER than usual.
• Check if the area around the Patch is not wet and there
is no smell of insulin.
• Check if you are sick or taking any medications that
may raise blood glucose.
• If there is insulin leakage due to a displaced cannula,
change into a new Patch.
Blood glucose results are LOWER than usual.
• Check if you have been exercising more than usual.
• Check if you have been drinking alcohol which can
lower blood glucose.
• Test your blood glucose more often and be prepared
to treat hypoglycemia.
Occlusion
• If there is an occlusion, stop insulin delivery immedia-
tely and change into a new Patch.
Take the following steps to check the amount of insulin
remaining in the Patch reservoir.

Communication Error
Please refer to User Guide SECTION 6.11 for more de-
tails.
Common causes of communication error:
• Patch and ADM/Narsha are more than 3 m (9.84 ft)
apart.
• Patch/ADM/Narsha are interrupted by other Bluetooth
devices.
How to check for communication error:
• Indication that the Patch and the ADM/Narsha are not
connected:

How to deactivate Patch during communication error:
• If communication with the Patch fails repeatedly, you
should forcibly discard the Patch.
