6 Commissioning
Before putting into operation, observe Chapter 2 “For your safety”.
Health risk through leaking cleaning fluid! A leaking device or leaking
components may result in draining or spouting of cleaning fluid. For this reason, observe the
following safety instructions:

Prior to each use, check the device to ensure fault-free condition and leak-tightness.
To perform the leak test, fill the container with water! Pull up the safety / pressure relief
valve (K) by hand and check that it returns to the starting position.

Only operate or move device when standing upright. Do not tilt to one side or hold upside down.

Inspect all screw joints for tight fitting.

Pull the safety / vent valve on the piston gauge with integrated safety valve (K) until the
device is depressurised.

Prior to filling the foaming device, observe the instructions relating to particular hazards
(R-phrases / German Hazardous Substances Ordinance [GefStoffV]) and safety advice (S-
phrases / German Hazardous Substance Ordinance [GefStoffV]) provided on the chemical
containers according to the regulations.

Observe the max. fill level (see technical data). The regulations of the foaming agent
manufacturer specify the correct dosage and concentration.
6.2 Changing foam cartridges and spraying results >>

Work with the blue foam cartridge (G2) when using the GLORIA Green Growth Remover, the
GLORIA Basic Stone Cleaner and the GLORIA Wood / WPC Cleaner.
6.3 Applying pressure and spraying >>

You may be exposed to hazards that could injure you when handling the
device and the foaming agents. You must therefore always comply with the safety instruc-
tions / safety measures in this user manual, as well as the following instructions:

The device must only be operated when suspended in a vertical or steep upright position.

Pressing the actuation lever down on the quick closure valve initiates the spraying process.
This can be interrupted immediately by releasing the actuation lever.
