Lamp Replacement
Please unpack and carefully check for damage caused during transportation.
Make sure there are no flammable materials close to the fixture.
Do not touch the light bulb with bare hands, the oils can damage the bulb and can
cause failure or explosion of the bulb.
After turning off the projector, it may take up to 15 minutes to restart.
Use only genuine spare parts for part replacement.
Unplug the projector before re-lamping and let it cool down for min. 20min. Use
caution, the housing and light bulb may still be hot.
Unscrew the four (4) Philips screws that hold the back plate.
Pull out the back plate; it will come out with the lamp socket and gobo holder
attached. If the cable appears too short to pull it out all the way, tilt the projection
head down to gain more slack.
Remove the lamp by twisting it counter clockwise and then pull it out of the socket.
Reverse this procedure for the new lamp. Do not touch the lamp glass with your
fingers.
When done, mount the back plate by using all four (4) Philips screws. It is easier to
keep the seal in place by pushing the front plate tightly against the housing before
turning the screw.

Gobo Replacement
Focusing
Loosen the ring that seals the projection lens on the base of the front plate.
Focus the projection by twisting the lens in and out until the image is well focused.
When used for the first time, the lens will often need to be twisted many rotations to
reach the focusing point.
Re-tighten the ring that seals the projection lens on the base of the front plate. Hold
the projection lens steady with your other hand so focus won’t change.
Changing the Projection Lens
Depending on the desired projection distance and size, different projection lenses can be
used. How to change the lens:
Re-tighten the ring that seals the projection lens on the base of the front plate. Hold
the projection lens steady with your other hand so focus won’t change.
The gobo is also accessible during the lamp replacement procedure. For regular
gobo exchange it is easier to follow the instructions below.
Unscrew the four (4) Philips screws that hold the front plate and remove it.
The gobo holder with the gobo is now exposed.
Push the two pins of the gobo retaining ring together and pull it out.
Carefully remove the old gobo.
If you have a glass gobo, place the more reflective side towards the light bulb.
Replace the retaining ring and make sure it evenly pushes the gobo all the way back.
For testing the gobo projection position, the front plate will have to be replaced. It is
a good idea to not fully screw it back on as it may have to be removed again to
tweak the gobo.
When done, mount the front plate by using all four (4) Philips screws. It is easier to
keep the seal in place by pushing the front plate tightly against the housing before
turning the screw.
Power up the projector and wait a minute for it to reach full brightness.
Loosen the ring that seals the projection lens on the base of the front plate and
remove it.
Unscrew the projection lens
Screw in the new lens and focus it.
