REDUCING THE IMPACT OF COOKING ON THE ENVIRONMENT
• In order to reduce energy consumption, cover pots and pans with lids while cooking.
• Keep the aluminium filters clean (the recommended cleaning schedule for the filter is at least
once every 35 hours).
• Keep the ventilation ducts unobstructed.
• Always set the turbine speed during cooking to the minimum required level, allowing for fume
extraction at the current cooking intensity.
