Check that your Control Pilot(CP) signal
pin isn’t shor ted. Contac t the Ev One
provider if this problem persists.
Low voltage
System voltage is lower than
workable range
Consult your elec trician to ensure
appropriate voltage on the circuit
breaker that ser vices the Ev One.
Over voltage
System voltage is higher than
workable range
Consult your elec trician to ensure appro -
priate voltage on the circuit breaker that
ser vices the Ev One.
Ungrounded
The ear th ground connection is
not reliable
Check if your circuit ground connec tion
is established. If uncer tain, consult your
elec trician to ensure proper grounding
at your circuit breaker or power
distribution box and that appropriate
connec tions are made to the Ev One.
Over Current
The output current is
dangerously increasing
Reduce the vehicle’s charge current
setting. If the problem persists, contac t
Ev One provider.
Shor t Current
An excessive amount of current
flowing into the circuit in a
shor t time
Possible causes include shor t circuits,
excessive load, or a ground fault( see
Ungrounded error). Check wiring or
wiring connec tions, or contac t Ev One
provider.
Leakage protec tion
A dangerous voltage is
detected
Consult your elec trician
Over temperature
The temperature is higher than
workable range
Make sure the connec tor is fully inser ted
into the charge inlet in the vehicle, and
is not covered by anything, and no heat
source is nearby. If the problem persists
in normal ambient temperatures(under
50°C or 122°F), contac t provider
Emergenc y stop
The charger doesn’t work
immediately
Stop using the Ev One and contac t the
Ev One provider
