Move downwards the installation plug tool shaft as far the plug makes contact
with the fitting.

Once the plug and fitting are in contact, turn the shaft as far as the end travel.

Move the shaft upwards: pull up without turning.

C

Disassembly the plug installation tool and the sandwich valve.

C

Finish to screw in the inner plug so that it is slightly inserted into the 3-Way Tee
internal body. See 

Figure 54.

Install the fitting exterior plug following the Gas Company established procedure.
