Tri-Temp Countertop Water Dispenser
SET UP & OPERATION
1. Place the dispenser upright on a tabletop.
2. Position the unit at least 8 inches away from the
wall on all sides (rear, left and right).
3. Clean outside of the water bottle cap and neck
with a cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse.
4. Tear the label from the water bottle cap then,
using two hands, insert the bottle vertically into the
bottle supporter at the top of the dispenser.
5. Wait 3 minutes, then plug the power cord into a
ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet only.
6. Turn on power switch; the indicator light will turn
on. This light will automatically turn off when the
water reaches its rated temperature.
7. For initial use, flush all lines clean before consum-
ing. Place a bucket under the taps, press and hold
down both cold and hot activation buttons until about
1/4 gallon of water flows out.
Note:
When the water bottle is empty, remove it by
pulling out vertically and replace with a new bottle.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Before performing maintenance, unplug the
unit. Cleaning should be done every 3 months.
General Cleaning
1. Use a vacuum to clean the condenser. Use a
clean wet cloth to remove dirt from the unit, taps and
especially the condenser.
2. Empty and clean drip tray as needed.
3. Have the bottle supporter, water tank and heating
element cleaned by an expert at least every year. Do
not attempt to disassemble the machine yourself.

4. To drain, open the taps and remove the drain plug
on the rear side of the machine.
5. Use any neutral soap with a soft cloth to wash the
surface of the machine.
Water Tank Cleaning
Items needed: 1 tablespoon of regular bleach, 1
gallon of hot water and a large bucket.
1. Unplug the dispenser and move away from
the wall.
2. Mix bleach and hot water together.
3. Remove the water bottle, the bottle supporter and
baffle. Bottle supporter and baffle can be cleaned
with dish washing soap and tap water.
4. Place a bucket under the taps. Drain the remain-
ing water in the tank by opening the hot and cold
water taps.
5. Slowly pour hot water and bleach solution into the
tank and wait ten minutes.
6. Dispense the solution from the hot water tap and
then the cold water tap.
7. Place a bucket under the drain plug. Open the
drain plug and remove the silicon cap in the back to
empty the hot reservoir.
8. Reinstall the drain plug and silicon plug.
9. Repeat steps 5-8 a minimum of 2 or 3 times using
regular tap water to remove the remaining bleach
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Solution
Water is not coming out
of the taps.
- Make sure the bottle is not empty.
If it is, replace it.
Cold water is not cold.
- It takes up to one hour after setup
to dispense cold water.
- Make sure the unit is plugged in
and the cold water switch is on.
- Excessive use of cold water; wait
a few minutes for water to chill.
Clean the condenser.
Hot water is not hot.
- It takes up to one hour after setup
to dispense hot water.
- Make sure the unit is plugged in
and the hot water switch is on.
Dispenser is noisy.
- Place the dispenser on a level,
flat surface.
- Excessive use of hot water; wait
a few minutes for water to reheat.
