Cleaning The Optics
If the laser pattern becomes fuzzy or unclear, please check the following:
1. Check the laser is in focus.
2. Verify the optical lens is clean, if the area has been contaminated please remove dirt with
dry air.
Safety & Classification
These modules are intended for incorporation into customer equipment. They are classified
in accordance with IEC60825-1: 2014, which should be consulted prior to designing or using
any laser product. The following labels are supplied for attachment to the customer’s
equipment, but responsibility for compliance with the standard remains with the user.
Mounting
To mount the LDM127 please follow the below instructions :
1. Position the LDM127 at the desired location on your flat mounting surface.
2. Mark on the surface the position of the module.
3. Remove the LDM127 from the surface.
4. Drill and tap M3 mounting holes in the mounting surface ensuring their centres are 16mm apart.
5. Secure the LDM127 to the mounting surface using 2 x M3 cap head screws.
