Install cranks, wrap chain around sprocket and stretch chain over

frame mounting area. Insert crank shaft into frame mount and push down
all the way until holes line up. If chain is to tight rear wheel may need to
be loosened and moved forward in dropouts. If too loose slide wheel
back. Install Crank bolt and tighten.
