Auto-Catalyst Valve Kit Installation
Part Number ACV-100
1. Loosen both delivery tube lock nuts, P/N D-114 at
the back of the gun.
2. Unscrew and remove Catalyst delivery tube, P/N
D-135 from gun head.
3. Slide the Catalyst delivery tube out of the rear of
the gun.
4. Remove Catalyst injector nozzle, P/N LPA-106, D-
127, Piston seat, D-126, Piston, D-124, spring, and P/N
D-128 from gun head
8. Attach 9704-83 air hose into LPA-143 and tighten.
Located on the manifold.
9. Attach 20190-XX catalyst hose into SSP-160 slave
pump and tighten.
5. Reinsert catalyst delivery tube through gun han
-
dle and carefully screw the delivery tube into the gun
head. Hand-tighten only.
6. With a box-end wrench, gently tighten catalyst de
-
livery tube about 1/8 to 1/4 turns. Gently tighten mate
-
rial delivery tube.
7. Using two wrenchs, hold the delivery tube hex fit
-
tings and tighten lock nuts, P/N D-114 against the gun
handle until secure.
10. Attach air hose, P/N 9704-83 to fitting P/N 7885-01
and tighten securely. Located on ACV-100.
11. Attach catalyst hose 20190-XX to fitting P/N 17597-
01. Located on ACV-100.
12. Pull all slack out of the hoses back to the
unit, and arrange neatly. Tie away from all
moving parts
