Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
AUXILIARY HEATER
Refer to page 3-5 for the procedure for servic-
ing the auxiliary heater.
1. Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power.
2. Set the ohmmeter to the R x 10 scale.
3. Touch one of the ohmmeter test leads to
the test plug pin with the light blue wire with
the black stripe.
LINER HEATER
1. To check the liner heater, unplug refrig-
erator or disconnect power.
2. Set the ohmmeter to the R x 10 scale.
3. Touch one of the ohmmeter test leads to
the test plug pin with the orange wire with
the black stripe.
4. Touch the other ohmmeter test lead to the
white wire on the 9-pin connector (see
step 6 on page 4-2).
5. The meter should indicate between 180
and 360

Liner Heaters
4. Touch the other ohmmeter test lead to the
white wire on the 9-pin connector (see
step 6 on page 4-2).
5. The meter should indicate between 706
and 923
