Steps Of Dismantling GPW-220
Disassembling Instructions Assembling Instructions
Disassemble
Exhaust Plate Set (1)
,
Take off Cylinder Assembly (2) .
Remove Pad (3) by using spanner.
Loosen Locking Screw Cap (6) and
take off
Spindle Assembly (7)
.
Take off Water Inlet Transfer Pos
(8) .
Take off Oil Seal (9) .
Assemble
Spindle Assembly (7)
and
tighten Locking Screw Cap (6) .
Put Cylinder Assembly (2) in the
Housing.
Place
Exhaust Plate Set (1)
behind
Cylinder and loosen it.
Assemble the Oil Seal (9) and
Water Inlet Transfer Pos (8) .
Load
Pad (3)
on spindle.
WARNING
！ ！ ！ ！
Please follow above Disassembling and Assembling Instructions; otherwise the
Oil Seal (9) may be broken. It will cause water leaking and damage the tool.
