HOW TO OPERATE
12. Turn the bread pan upside down and gently shake the loaf (picture
below) onto a cooling rack or cutting board. If the loaf does not fall out
right away, gently loosen the sides of the loaf with a spatula. Let the
loaf cool for 20–30 minutes before slicing.
13. Sometimes the paddle may remain in the
loaf. Use a spoon to remove the paddle
from the base of the loaf. Take care, as the
paddle will be very hot! Always remove the
paddle before slicing the loaf of bread.
