identifier in the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. If requested, this
number must be provided to the telephone company.
b) The registration jack USOC for the equipment is RJ11C.
c) This equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone

d) The REN is useful to determine the quantity of devices that may be
