Internal join-in
The line is engaged with an external call.
The screen will display information to that
effect. You would like to join-in on the
existing external call.

Press
and
hold
the talk key.
You are linked into the call. All parties hear
a signal tone. During this time, this hand-
set will not display any information and no
selection can be made from this handset.
Ending join-in
a
Press the end call key.
All parties hear a signal tone.
If the
first
internal participant presses the
end call key
a
, the handset that is
'joined-in' remains connected to the exter-
nal participant.
Changing the name of a handset
The names "INT 1", "INT 2" etc. are
assigned automatically at registration.
You can change these names. The name
must be no more than 10 characters. The
changed name is displayed in every hand-
set's list.

Changing a handset's
internal number
A handset is
automatically
assigned the
lowest unassigned number when it is reg-
istered. If all the numbers have been
assigned, number 6 is overwritten, pro-
vided the handset is in idle status. You can
change the internal number of all regis-
tered handsets (1-6).

own handset is indicated by

Edit H/Set No.
Select and press

. The list of
handsets is displayed.

The current number flashes.
Select a handset.

Enter the new internal
number(1-6). The handset's
old number is overwritten.

Press the display key to save
the input.

You will hear the error tone (descending
tone sequence) if you assign an internal
number twice.
