Factory Calibrations

4.3.5.1

ALC Temperature Compensation

To maintain accurate leveling operation over the specified temperature range, the instrument uses a set
of data tables that are generated during normal instrument test. These data tables are a multi-
dimensional array at various temperatures, levels, and detectors. There are sensors located adjacent to
each detector to determine the temperature used by the computer for compensation purposes.
