2. Secure the rods (G) with 4 cotter pins (I).
3 & 4. Lay the neoprene piece (F) over the top and secure each bolt with the nut caps (J add
washers (K)).
5. Insert the connection beam (D) into one of the (C) beams. Make sure the outside welded
metall plates are showing to the bottom.
6. Place the other (C) beam over the connection piece (D) and slide together.
7. Unroll the slackline (B) so that the design is facing up. Place the end with a sewn sleeve
inside one of the feet, through the neoprene. Slide a bolt (H2) through the remaining holes in
the feet (E) and through the sleeve in the slackline. Secure with a nut cap (J).
8. Attach the ratchet (A) to the feet (E) on the opposite side. Line up the holes in the ratchet to
the holes in the feet (E) with the ratchet handle pointing down. Secure the ratchet with a bolt
(H2 plus washers (K)) and nut cap (J).
9. Go to the side with no ratchet and feed the flat end of the slackline through slit (F1) of the
neoprene piece (F) and extend across to the ratchet side and slide the line through (F1) here,
too.
10. Feed the slackline through the slit in the ratchet bolt and pull it as tight as possible manu-
ally.
11. Crank the ratchet to achieve desired tension.
12. Squeeze the lever in the ratchet handle and close the ratchet all the way down so it is
touching the feet (E). Release the lever to lock in place.
13. Never leave the ratchet handle open in the unlocked position. You are now ready to enjoy
your SLACKRACK.
