Fluctuating Pressure.
1. Pump sucking air.
2. Valves dirty, worn out or
stuck.
3. Pump seals worn out.
1. Check that hoses and
connections are air-tight.
2. Clean and replace, or refer to
manufacturer
Water leaking from the pump.
1. Seals worn out.

The motor stops suddenly.
1. Thermal saftey switch has
tripped due to over heating
1.Check that the mains voltage
corresponds to specifications
2. Switch off the unit and let it
cool for a few minutes.
The pump does not reach the
necessary pressure.
1. Water inlet filter is clogged.
2. Pump sucking air from
connections or hoses.
3. Suction/Delivery valves are
clogged or worn out.
4. Unloaded valve is stuck.
5. Lance nozzel incorrect or
worn out.
1. Clean the water inlet filter.
2. Check that all supply
connections are tight.
3. Check that the water feed-
ing hose is not leaking.
4. Clear or replace valves.
5. Loosen and re-tight regula-
tion screw.
6. Check and/or replace.
When switched on the unit
does not start working.

requiremnet.
3. The pump is sucking air

instructions.
4. Switch off the unit and let
the motor cool for a few
minutes.
