Using the Oven
1. Take out the food tray, wire rack and rotisserie fork.
2. Select the required cooking function
3. Turn the oven temperature dial to the required temperature, the oven indicator
light will illuminate.
4. Place your food on the food tray, wire rack or rotisserie fork, depending on what
you are cooking and using oven gloves open the oven door and place inside the
oven.
5. When your food is cooked, using oven gloves open the door keeping your face at
a safe distance as hot air will escape from the oven and take out the tray, wire
rack or rotisserie fork.
6. Turn the function dial to the OFF position and turn the temperature dial to the
LOW position.
7. Switch off the mains socket and unplug the appliance.
Note: The weight of food that can be put on the food tray/wire rack MUST NOT
exceed 3kg. Ensure the food is evenly spread over the food tray/wire rack to
achieve even cooking.
Using the Hotplates
Note: For the optimum cooking effect, only use pans with a base diameter of
18cm (for the large Hotplate) or 14.5cm (for the small Hotplate) and with a flat
base and lid.
CAUTION: THE HOTPLATES ARE ONLY SUITABLE FOR PANS MADE FROM
ENAMEL, CAST IRON OR STAINLESS STEEL.
ALUMINIUM OR COPPER PANS CANNOT BE USED AS THEY WILL MELT DUE
TO THE HIGH TEMPERATURE.
1. Check the Oven and Hotplates are in the off position.
2. Connect the mains plug to the wall socket and switch on.
3. Select the Hotplate you wish to use for the large Hotplate or
the small Hotplate, alternatively you can select both if required.
4. Turn the temperature dial for the required hotplate past the ‘ON’ marker (as
shown on the control panel detail) and to the required setting. The hotplate light
indicator will illuminate.
5. When cooking is complete, turn the temperature dial to ‘MIN’.
6. Switch off the mains socket and unplug the appliance.
