Device is unable to be
switched on

Error on SIM card

Weak signal

The device is unable to
make a call

Possible Reasons

1. Battery is flat and requires charging.
2. Battery is incorrectly installed.

1.  SIM card is dirty.
2.  Re-insert the SIM card.
3.  SIM card is broken, replace it with
  a new one.

Check signal strength indicator on the
display. A full indicator implies a strong
signal, while indicator with less than
2 bars implies weak signal.

1. There might be strong signal
interference nearby.

2. You might have activated barring
call service.
