18. Warranty
The following warranty provisions apply to new goods worldwide.
The Gharieni Group GmbH grants on new concept beds of the MLX iDome /
MLX i
3
(Cube) Dome series from the date of purchase
→
a 10-years warranty on the metal frames
→
a 5-years warranty on the actuators and
→
a 3-years warranty on the other components
18.1 Exclusions from warranty
Upon delivery, it must be checked that there is no transport damage and that the
set of accessories is complete and in good condition.
Claims must be filed within 8 days after the delivery of the Gharieni product.
Wearing parts (such as e.g. all types of lamps as well as glass panels, consumables
such as terry products, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
Furthermore, no warranty claims will be granted if:

damage has been caused by improper use of the MLX iDome /
MLX i

(Cube) Dome and its components.
→
damage of the MLX iDome / MLX i
3
(Cube) Dome and its components has
been caused by gross negligence.
→
the malfunctioning is attributable to the operator.
→
any stickers (such as e.g. the rating plate, instruction notices, etc.) have been
removed.
→
supplied equipment / appliances, parts of the MLX iDome / MLX i
3
(Cube)
Dome or supplied equipment / appliances are opened without explicit
permission by the instruction manual (e.g. for cleaning).
→
the instructions in this instruction manual have not been followed.
→
the MLX iDome / MLX i
3
(Cube) Dome has suffered changes after repair
operations performed by a third party unauthorised by Gharieni Group GmbH.
