11. Cleaning and maintenance
We are responsible for safety and reliability of the MLL/MLK under the following
conditions only:
1.
Repairs and modifications must be carried out by Gharieni Group GmbH or a
person authorized by Gharieni Group GmbH.
2.
The electrical installation of the room the MLL/MLK is installed in must meet
the current legal regulations at the site where the MLL/MLK is operated.
3.
The LR4 is operated as described in the instruction manual.
4.
Unauthorized modifications or manipulating the MLL/MLK will void the
liability of the manufacturer.
5.
All electric components are designed for continuous operation. Leave the
MLL/MLK connected when it is used every day.
6.
Check the power cord regularly for signs of damage.
7.
When the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
an authorized aftersales service or a qualified professional only.
Upholstery/cleaning and disinfection:
Do not use any chemical detergents such as methylated spirit, acetone, alcohol
etc. Such detergents will damage the upholstery permanently.
Clean the synthetic leather using a damp cloth or the special detergent for
synthetic leather
(
optional available from Gharieni).
Clean the housing and the fittings using a damp cloth and a small amount of
soap.
Contact the Gharieni service department for information on suitable
disinfectants.
12. Guarantee provisions
The Gharieni Group GmbH supplies all new equipment subject to a 2-years
guarantee. Wearing parts (such as e.g. incandescent lamps, UV lamps, glass panels,
consumables etc.) are not covered by this guarantee. Damage or loss due to
unprofessional or improper use, non-compliance with the provisions of the
instructions for use and/or gross negligence is not covered by guarantee either. In
addition, the guarantee is invalidated if any stickers (such as e.g. the type plate,
instruction notices etc.) are removed or if appliances or parts of appliances are
opened without this being explicitly allowed in the operating instructions (e.g. for
cleaning).
