Strawberry ........................................ 3 unit
Banana ...............................................1 unit
Blueberry ........................................10 pieces
Yogurt .............................................100 ml
Oatmeal ............................................30 g
Orange ..............................................1/2 unit
1.Wash and stem the strawberries, then cut them
in half. Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces.
Clean the blueberries. Peel and cut the oranges
into pieces.
2.Pour oatmeal and yogurt into the blender first,
