10.6 Turning on the recorder
Press the pushbutton until a beep sounds. A colour sequence is
displayed on the LED to indicate that the recorder is starting (Fig.
9).

10.7 Checking the signal quality
If the signal quality is good and the recorder is not in an open lead
condition, the LED flashes green to indicate that the recorder is
ready to operate.
If the signal quality is poor or the recorder is in an open lead con-
dition, the LED flashes orange, indicating that the recorder is not
ready to operate.
Check the conditions between the device and the electrodes.
Replace one or more electrodes where necessary.
