If the code being scanned is highly reflective (e.g., laminated), it may

be necessary to tilt the code +5

to prevent unwanted reflection.

Upon a successful scan, the system beeps and the scan beam turns off.
The decoded barcode data will be entered.

If you are in continuous scanning mode, the scan beam turns back on
again for the next barcode. To stop scanning, tap

Stop

NOTE:



The scan beam also turns off after timeout.



You can disable the beep sound that indicates a successful scan. (See
“Sound Settings” in Chapter 9.)
