FITTING SANDING SHEETS (FIG. 3)

Take sanding paper of the required grain size and place it on the sanding base plate (Fig. 3). Make sure
that the perforations in the paper correspond with those on the sanding pad.

Press the paper firmly on the sanding base plate.

The sanding paper must be fitted firmly on the sanding base plate and should not come loose.
GRINDING

Turn on machine.

Move grinding surface over the material to be ground/sander with slightly elliptical movements.

Conduct a number of grinding steps with increasingly finer grains.
CARE

From time to time, clean dust exhaust opening with dry brush.

Clean the housing only with a damp cloth – do not use any solvents!

Dry thoroughly afterwards.
4. MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the motor.
CLEANING
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine. Regularly clean the
machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from the dust and
dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as
petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic parts.
LUBRICATION
The machine requires no additional lubrication.
FAULTS
Should a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please contact the service. In the back of this manual you find
an expanded view of the parts.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
When disposing of the product’s packaging, observe the local instructions given for garbage disposal and
recycling, depending on the material.
The device cannot be disposed of with the ordinary waste, it should be delivered to a separate
