Troubleshooting
If the following problems are encountered, follow the instructions below. If the problem persists, please contact our
customer service and repair centre.

Milk and froth spills out through the lid.
Too much milk has been put
into jug.
Make sure milk in the jug is
below the maximum fill lines.
The appliance doesn’t work.
Mains plug is not connected
correctly.
Check if the mains plug is
connected correctly.
Electronic defect.
Please contact customer
service.
