Functions
a.
When the PTC heater detector SENSOR sensing the temperature gets to 70
℃
, the PTC heater will
Force OFF. Ventilation fan and the circulation fan will run by the original setting;

When the PTC heater detector SENSOR induction temperature gets to 70

temperature detector SENSOR detected temperature dropped below 50

, PTC will recover and
turn on automatically , the fan gear set will back to the previous state; (Between 70

machine does not display the fault code “HE”, buzzer will not respond).

high speed, display board shows high temperature protection fault code “HE”, buzzer will ring once
every second.
a. During the high temperature protection fault, if temperature cannot dropped to below 55

, the
ventilation Fan continues to run in high speed gear, and any changing in function mode is not
allowed. User can only turn off the machine manually. After turning off manually, the fault code will
be erased.
b. If the temperature dropped below 55
℃
, PTC will recover and be turned on automatically , the fan
gear set will back to the previous state;
Failure of Temperature Sensor

The Environment Temperature Sensor continuously test for 5 seconds for fault condition, the
display board shows Fault Code “

2. The PTC Temperature Sensor continuously test for 5 seconds for fault condition, the display board
shows Fault Code “

To test Both Environment Temperature Sensor and PTC Temperature Sensor faults, all overload are
closed, the display board shows Fault Code (If there are a few faults happened at the same time,
Fault Code “
” and “
”will be displayed alternatively for 3 seconds) and the machine is Force
Stop. Any changing in function mode is not allowed, until after the Temperature Sensor Fault is
eliminated before the machine can function again.

Safe Protection of Temperature Sensor
•
Temperature sensor protection is only applicable to the functions of: “Auto Function
”,
“Warm Function
”, “Preheat
”, and “Dry Function
”
•
When the room temperature detection SENSOR sensing the temperature gets to 50
℃
, the PTC
heater will be Force OFF. Ventilation fan and the circulation fan will run by the original setting;

When the room temperature detection SENSOR sensing the temperature gets to 50
℃
~ 55
℃
, and
the temperature has not dropped, the PTC heater is kept OFF, ventilation fan and the circulation fan
will run by the original setting; (Between 50
℃
~ 55

, the machine does not display the fault code
“HE”, buzzer will not respond).

If room temperature detector SENSOR dropped below 40
℃
, PTC will recover and be turned on
automatically , the fan gear will be set back to the previous state;

Automatic Function
•
Press “AUTO ” button, the “AUTO
” indication light gets on, and the machine starts to run in
automatic mode, and the air volume runs at the mode of “Low SPEED ”. After 20 seconds, the
machine will run at different modes according to the current room temperature.
In the process of the machine running, from other models for automatic switching function, with
display board “AUTO
” indication light got on, automatic functions directly start to work, without
waiting for running at low speed for 20 seconds first, and the machine automatically selects run
mode according to the current room temperature. See below for more information on automatic
setting selection criteria.
The automatic setting follows this order:
1. Room temperature > 24 degrees is tested for 10 seconds, automatically turns on the
“AUTO ”mode, runs in “High SPEED
” , it is not changeable.
2. Room temperature < 20 degrees is tested for 10 seconds, automatically turns on the
“WARM ” mode, starts the PTC electric heater, runs in “High SPEED
”, it is not
changeable.
3. 20 degrees < room temperature < 24 degrees is tested for 10 seconds, automatically
turns on the “DRY
” mode, starts the PTC electric heater, runs in “High SPEED
”, it is
not changeable.
4.
After running for 1.5 hours, it will turn to
mode. This is to cool down the PTC heater. It
will last for 30 minutes, runs in “High SPEED
”, it is not changeable.
•
Timer: Default setting is 2 hours, it is not changeable. Time displayed is on the basis of the
remaining run time.
•
Stop: Press the “STOP
” button or when pre-set time is over, LED indication light gets off, the
remaining time display will also be off, and the machine stops automatically. When running in
the heat or dry mode, press “STOP ” after shutdown, fans will still be running for about 25
seconds, in order to cool down the PTC heater.
