Operating Instructions
Stir fry
Press “Function” button and select Stir Fry mode from the menu. The stir fry indicator flashes. Press “Start /
Stop” button to start operation. Pour an appropriate amount of oil inside the heating pot and put in ingredients.
Use wooden spatula to stir fry the food. The cooker returns to standby mode once operation is complete (Default
temperature is 240
℃
and time is 15 minutes).
Time can be adjusted during function selection and operation. Adjustable time ranges between 1 minute
and 30 minutes. Temperature ranges between 50
℃
and 240
℃
. You cannot preset this function.
Hot pot
Press “Function” button and select Hot Pot mode from the menu. The hot pot indicator flashes. Press “Start /
Stop” button to start operation. The cooker starts operating at 1,500W. The display shows temperature in real
time and the power rating as H. Once the water boils, the cooker switches its power to 1,000W and the display
shows M. When the temperature drops to around 90 degrees, the cooker returns to operating at 1,500W and
the display shows the power rating as H. This cycle repeats. Pour an appropriate amount of oil inside the heating pot
and put in ingredients. Use wooden spatula to stir fry the food. The cooker returns to standby mode once operation is com-
plete (Default temperature is 240

and time is 2 hours).

Steam
Place a rack or low rack inside the heating pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and keep the water
level below the rack. Put food on the rack and close the lid. Press “Function” button and select Steam
mode from the menu. The steam indicator flashes. Press “Start / Stop” button to start operation. The cooker
returns to standby mode once operation is complete (Default temperature is 220

, time is 15 minutes).

Boil
Put food inside the heating pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water, close the lid. Press “Function” button
