
Pear, cinnamon and peanut butter smoothie
Kick-start the day with this fruity, dairy-free smoothie with a warming hint of ginger
Serves 3-4
Method
Put the pears, ginger, cinnamon and peanut butter into the soup maker, and pour over the
almond milk alternative to bring the level to between min and max markers on the jug. Select
the Drinks program. Serve divided between four tall glasses over ice. Do not add ice to
the Soup Maker.
Ingredients
4 pears, peeled, cored and chopped
2tsp grated fresh ginger
600-900ml almond milk alternative
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2tbsp smooth peanut butter
