RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Open the battery compartment cover and insert
the rechargeable battery pack. Close the battery
compartment cover.
ALKALINE BATTERIES
Open the battery compartment cover. Insert
the alkaline batteries into the battery case (take
care of correct polarity!) and fix the box into the
laser. Close the battery compartment cover. In
case the ON/OFF LED starts flashing the bat-
teries must be exchanged or the rechargeable
battery must be charged.
Take the rechargeable battery off the instru-
ment to charge it. Insert it again when the
battery is fully charged.
The ON/OFF LED shows the battery status:
if it is flashing the battery power is too weak.
The battery shows the charging status of the
instrument as below:
Permanent red light indicates that the battery is
being charged.
When the red light goes out the battery is fully
charged.
The charger also serves as a permanent power
supply. The connection has to be made with the
outer socket.
The rechargeable battery will note be
charged over this connection!
