5.1 Assembly
Step1. Attach the handles to the frame of the pressure washer. Insert bolts and tighten with knobs.
Step 2. For the machines with hose reel: Attach the hose reel to the handle of the machine. Align holes insert
bolts, and tighten with screws.
Step 3. Attach the wand to the spray gun. Tighten securely.
Step 4. Attach the high pressure hose to the spray gun. Tighten securely.
For the machines with hose reel: attach the long hose of the hose reel to the gun.

5.2 Operating Procedures (Start-Up)
ATTENTION: Become familiar with the operating procedures before starting your unit.
1)
Add fresh high quality unleaded gasoline. See Engine Operator’s Manual for correct amount and type.
2)
Check oil level. See Engine Operator’s Manual for correct amount and type.
3)
Connect high pressure hose to pump outlet. (see picture 1)
4)
Connect water source to pump inlet. There is plastic tap connector equipped with pump, connect your
own connector to it, and screw tightly. (see picture 2)

NOTE 1: Never pull the hose to move the unit. This could damage hose and/or pump inlet.
NOTE 2: Water source must provide a minimum of 0.2Mpa.Inlet hose can connected to the water main with Max.
inlet pressure 1MPa.
NOTE 3: Use cold water only and water’s temperature shall not exceed 147.6
℉
(50 ℃ ).

Insert the chemical hose into the chemical liquid container. See figure 3
