Instructions for Use
Before first use
Remove the entire packaging and
stickers.
Rinse the cookware in hot water
to remove possible production
residue and dry it off well.
Safety information
Absolutely keep the cookware
away from children. There is a se-
rious risk of injury!
Warning risk of burning:
Cook-
ware, lids, handles and knobs get
very hot.
Do not fill cold water into hot,
empty cookware. There is a risk of
damaging the materials!
Attention:
The sieve handle can
become hot!
General
Liquids should never boil away
entirely in the cookware. Do not
leave empty cookware on a hot
hob.
Never fill the cookware to the
brim. Approximately 2/3 of the to-
tal capacity counts as maximum
filling amount.
Glass lids resting on top can chan-
ge the coating along the rim. This
does not pose a function limitati-
on.
The cookware can develop a
so-called hollow when it is cold.
This bulge does not pose a defect
but is technically necessary and
settles when hot.
Hob
The cookware is suited for all types
of stoves: Gas, electric, ceramic, in-
duction and halogen.
Choose the size of the hob or the
flame so that the heat or the flame
only comes into contact with the
bottom of the cookware and does
not rise on the sides.
Always lift and set the cookware
down gently on glass (ceramic)
hobs. Never slide the cookware
across the hob to avoid damaging
the surface.
Particularities for induction hobs
The bottom diameter of the cook-
ware should generally always
coincide with the hob. When using
smaller bottom diameter on a lar-
ger hob, a weaker magnetic field
is generated. It is possible that
the stove then cannot “recognise”
the cookware and no heat is pro-
duced.
Note:
Diameter and power of the
hob can influence the heat trans-
mission properties of the cookwa-
re.
While cooking, a low sound may
be produced by the induction
stove. This is not harmful to the
cookware and does not impact the
cooking performance.
