10 Assembly
After disassembly, the inspection and lubrication of the vari-
ous parts take place in the following assembly sequence:
1. Correct assembly of all parts included in the previously
lubricated ALEDER maintenance kits.
2. Insert the blow-out proof shaft

into the actuator hous-
ing

from below. Mount the cam

in the correct posi-
tion and install the cam spacer ring

3. Insert the shaft washer

, shaft snap ring

and insert
indicator in the top part of the pinion.
4. Install the two pistons and make sure that they click in po-
sition at the same time when you turn the blow-out proof
shaft

clockwise for normally closed actuators and anti-
clockwise for normally open actuators.
5. Install the end caps

and tighten the screws

evenly.
6. The open and closed position must be correctly aligned
with the stated position in the top part of the pinion, then
mount the cover.
NOTICE

After installation, operate the actuator a few times.
