OPERATION

Releasing The Attachment Using Four Port Control Box

NOTE: To release attachment using hydraulic

pressure signal bypass, See Releasing
Attachment Using Hydraulic Pressure Signal
Bypass on Page 3-14.

AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH

•

Keep bystanders away when engaging and
releasing attachment.

•

Keep  attachment  close  to  ground  during
engaging  or  releasing  attachment.  Attachment
can  fall  off  without  warning  if  not  fully  engaged
and locked causing death or serious injury.

Park the machine on flat, level surface.

Press the POWER button (1)

. An alarm will

sound and button will illuminate.

Press unlock button (2)

[Figure 26]

within six seconds of

pressing power button. Alarm will change tone and
unlock button will illuminate.

NOTE: Unlock button (2) [Figure 26] must be pressed

within six seconds of pressing power button
or system will not operate (alarm and lights
will shut-off). If this occurs, restart the
procedure by pressing the power button.

Crowd quick coupler to build pressure until locking clasp
and sliding hook open.

NOTE: After operating pressure has been achieved in

the quick coupler system, all four buttons on
the control box will illuminate and the alarm
tone will become constant.
