Connecting and Operating the HD Digital Audio Splitter
How to Connect the HD Digital Audio Splitter to your devices
1- Connect the supplied HDMI cable from the HDMI device into the HD Digital Audio
Splitter Input.
2- Connect the cable from your
fi
rst display (monitor or projector) into the DVI Out 1 slot
on the back of the HD Digital Audio Splitter
3- Connect the cable from your second display (monitor or projector) into the DVI Out 2
slot on the back of the HD Digital Audio Splitter.
4- Connect the included TosLink cable or a SPDIF cable from your source into the HD
Digital Audio Splitter SPDIF in or OPT in.
5- Connect a digital audio cable from your Digital Audio receivers into the SPDIF or
OPT out on the HD Digital Audio Splitter.
5- Plug the 5v power supply into the HD Digital Audio Splitter.
6- Plug the 5v wallmount power supply into the wall outlet.
NOTE: The HD Digital Audio Splitter only passes digital video, and does not support
digital audio in HDMI.
Connecting either a SPDIF or TosLink into the Digital Audio input will convert and distrib-
ute to both the SPDIF and TosLink outputs on each distribution.
