IMPORTANT: 

When sending RS-232 commands, a carriage return 

must be included at the end of the command.  A space 

must

 be 

included between the command and the parameter.

NOTE:

 The return value will be displayed when using a terminal-

based application, indicating the current value after executing the 

command.
