Power Supply Failure

The 32x32 Modular Matrix for HDMI w/ HDCP comes with two internal (hot-swappable)

power supplies. If one of these power supplies should fail, a high-pitched alarm will

sound from the matrix.

POWER SUPPLY FAILURE!

will appear in the front panel display.

The matrix can function with a single power supply. However, the

POWER SUPPLY

FAILURE!

message will be displayed instead of the

home screen

, until the power supply

is replaced.

If the Web interface is being used, then the following message will appear on the page:

If the matrix is being controlled using RS-232 or Telnet, the

POWER SUPPLY FAILURE!

message will appear within the terminal application.
