Manual Update Procedure

This method can be used if the computer being used does not have an Internet connection.

Download the firmware using another computer, then transfer the file to the computer which

is connected to the Gefen product and running the Syner-G software.

1. Download the required firmware from the Support section of the Gefen Web site using

a computer that has an Internet connection.

Do not

extract the file(s) from the

.zip

file.

2. Launch the Syner-G Software Suite from the Start Menu or using the shortcut from

the Windows Desktop.

3. Click the

Manage a Product

button.
