Always make sure that the IP to 2 x RS-232 Converter is running the latest firmware.  

The Gefen Syner-G™ Software Suite is a free downloadable application from Gefen 

that provides automatic download and installation of firmware upgrades for this 

product.  Syner-G™ is also used to configure this product on a network.
