Commissioning
Installation Position
The cleaner is designed to be operated in the vertical position with the inlet
at the top and the ball at the bottom.
Commissioning
Requirement
Before setting the unit into operation, check the voltage data, the fuse
rating and the supply line.
Avoid water hammers in the supply pipe.
NOTE
The cleaner is a sensitive component.
If the pressure of the cleaning fluid is too high, the cleaner can be damaged.
Do not exceed the max. permitted pressure of 12 bar.
NOTE
The seals in the cleaner are sensitive parts.
Steam can damage the seals.
Do not operate the cleaner with steam.
CAUTION
Hot and aggressive liquids are discharged from the cleaner
Danger of injury
Make sure nobody stands in the area of action of the nozzles.
The cleaner may only be operated in a tank intended for this purpose.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Connect the cleaner and set it into operation.
2.
During commissioning, regularly check all seals for leaks. Replace
defective seals.
