NDICATORS

The following special messages indicate the status of a message or the
unit:

NO CALLS

 The caller memory is empty.

UNKNOWN CALLER The incoming call does not have Caller ID service or

their service area is not linked to yours.  If 

UNKNOWN

CALLER appears along with a calling number, the
name information for that number was not available,
or the caller of the incoming call is registered as
"Private Number" and their Caller ID information is
withheld.

ERROR

Caller information has been interrupted or corrupted
during transmission.

NO DATA

No Caller ID signal has been detected, or Caller ID
service has not been activated.

START/END

You are at the beginning or the end of the Caller ID
memory log.

Battery power level is low.

VIP

This indicates the call being displayed is a VIP call and
has been stored in the VIP log. When a new record is
received, the number and name information shall be
compared to any existing records in the VIP log. If
there is a direct match, it will be turned on.
