Diagnostics - Critical Failure

Lid switch failure is triggered by three consecutive wash/spin cycles where the control
does not receive feedback from the lid switch.

Lid lock failure is triggered by a single spin cycle where the control does not receive
feedback from the lid lock. The consumer can attempt to restart the machine but, if the
failure still exists the machine will not run.
