During convection cooking a heat-
ing element is used to raise the tem-
perature of the air inside the oven.
Any oven temperature from 225°F.
to 450°F. may be programmed. A
fan circulates the heated air
throughout the oven, over and
around the food, producing golden
brown exteriors and rich, moist
interiors.
How to Preheat and Convection
Time Cook

Press Convection COOK.

Enter the desired oven
temperature.

Press START. If you do not open
the door within 30 minutes the
oven will turn off automatically.

When preprogrammed tempera-
ture is reached, the oven signals.
Place food in the oven.

Enter a desired cooking time up
to 299 minutes and 99 seconds.

Press START.
How to Convection Time Cook
Without Preheating

For Best Results
•
Place the shelf on the oven
floor.
•
Allow at least one inch between
the pan and the walls of the oven.
•
When converting your favorite
recipe from regular oven cooking
to convection cooking, lower
oven temperature 25–50°F. and
check food at minimum time.
Cooking Tip
•
Some foods cook faster using
convection cooking than in
regular oven cooking.
Resume Feature
If your foods are not quite done
you can bake them for two more
minutes at your previous settings
using the Resume feature.
