13 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE 13.1MIGII TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

MIGII units have been designed and verified using the most advanced and reliable equipment. Mounting and testing
automation ensure a high consistency of the final product. Before sending a unit back to the factory, we strongly
recommend you follow the recommendations below.

Even if it will not always solve the problem, at least they will help define it better for a quicker repair.

If you need to send a unit back to the factory for repair, please use the appropriate RETURN MATERIAL
AUTHORISATION process, and follow the shipping instructions provided by our Service Department, especially in the
case of international shipments. This will lead to a faster and efficient solution of your problem.
