food group. Enter the food weight in ounces, then
touch the START pad.
How to Use the Cook Feature
Step 1: Remove the food from the package, place in
the oven on microwave-safe dish and close door.
Step 2: Touch the COOK pad.

selected will appear on the
display. “ENTER WEIGHT” will flash.
Step 4: Enter weight. For example, touch and 8
for 18 ounces. After 5 seconds “START” flashes
on the display.
Step 5: Touch the START pad. Oven
will begin cooking. Touching the
COOK pad during cooking

the remaining Cook time. Oven
displays “End” when cooking is done.
