Wifi function is turned off

• Make sure the WiFi function of your Smart phone is tunred

not work as it should

• If WiFi is turned off, please turn it on, connect to correct

SSID, and launch the app again .

Nucleus and Smart Phone are

• Check SSID your Smart Phone connected to .

• Check the SSID of the router Nucleus is connected to . If

both SSIDs are different, choose SSID of the router that

Nucleus is connected to .

Air Conditioner is turned off

•Make sure the air conditioner plug is pushed completly into

the outlet .

•Make sure the air conditioner is turned on and operating

now .

Nucleus is turned off

• Make sure Nucleus plug is pushed competely into the

outlet .
