NOTE: All supporting parts should be
secured to firm wood,
or metal.
IF YOU STORM WINDOW...
storm window frame will not allow the air
conditioner to tilt towards the outside and will keep
the air conditioner from draining properly. To
adjust for this, install wood strips on the sill and stool
to raise the air conditioner and supporting bracket.
The wood should
be 2“ wide and long enough to
go in the window opening.
To determine the thickness of the wood strips,
place the bracket on the sill and measure the
distance between the top edge of the storm window
frame and the top of the supporting bracket.

Attach the wood
strips securely with nails or screws.
