Locate the two reflector screw nuts (front and back) on the top of the heater housing assembly. 

(See 

Figure 4 and Figure 5).

7.

 

Pass the tip of a long Phillips screw driver through the heater grille at an angle to engage the 

front 

reflector screw, and then use a wrench or nut driver to loosen the nut about one turn 

(Figure 6). Use care not to remove from screw. (You might need a small step stool to reach to the 

top of the heater assembly.)

While keeping the screw engaged with the screw driver, use your fingers to tighten the nut until it 

is snug.

 

9.

 

Use a 5/16” wrench or nut driver to tighten the nut about an additional one-third of a turn

  

(Figure 7).
